Our core design team in Bristol, headed up by Creative Director Adam Nieman, has been greatly enhanced by the addition of two new faces - Daniel Ulf-Hansen and Dave Forman who complement our existing contract programmers, 3D graphics and animation guys (yes, they are all guys at the moment).
Dan is a strapping 6’6”, a recent graduate of Cardiff School of Art & Design with a 1st in Graphic Communication. His passion is renovating old racing cycles and jumping off cliffs. He is already providing solid design and creative support to the team on a number of current projects, allowing Adam more thinking time (in theory).
Dave is no less strapping (for his age) but highly experienced freelance creative with previous history on big brands, having co-founded a graphic design business - Epoch Design - which subsequently merged with Loewy Group in 2007. His detailed understanding of the creative process is proving hugely useful as we expand the business. He has been thrown straight into the deep end - art directing and co-producing several animated and static infographic projects.
Dave’s big passion in life is his fully restored 1956 Airstream caravan. See more about Dave here.
I have a real hankering to work for more sustainable projects and organisations, so teaming up with Carbon Visuals to help make the invisible visible has been a delight.
Simple, truthful, profoundly effective - and rather good fun.
